Printing

Printing on garments is an art. Selection of printing method, type of ink to be used is quite a science in itself. Most printing methods can be used on white fabric but not on coloured. And if the fabric is stretchable printing is a challenge. Printing involves making an original, adjust all settings, printing, drying, curing, and to clean up afterwards.
There are minimum quantities for printing. Even though one piece of garment can also be printed, we recommend that you see the minimum quantities for printing.

If you have a ready graphic Design:

We print as per the graphic design provided to us. If you have a ready design you can mail your digital files to us. Digital art files include those designs created and saved from a professional graphics program or those designs exported from a graphics program at HIGH RESOLUTION.

Primly we want the file from the software it was generated in i.e. PhotoShop, CorelDraw, etc. Acceptable exported files also include  jpeg, bmp and eps SO LONG AS THESE EXPORTED FILES ARE PROVIDED AT THE FULL SIZE OF THE INTENDED REPRODUCTION AT HIGH RESOLUTION (a minimum 300 dpi). Any and all fonts must be included with the exported file, or all fonts must be turned to paths prior to export.

Our acceptable graphic program formats include files created by Photoshop, CorelDraw and InDesign. We do not accept MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT  and other such files since these cannot be used. To output properly, any and all attachments and fonts must be included with the native file, or all fonts must be turned to paths. Please note that a pdf-files is not a graphic file.

 

If you do not have a graphic Design:

We have professional artwork and design services that you can avail of from the art staff at our Factory. Using our professionals to create your design from scratch ensures that the designs will translate perfectly into screen-printed and/or embroidered works.

Feel free to discuss your ideas, so that we understand what are your expectations. You can mail to us rough sketches or any other images that can be the basis of our work.

Standard turn-around time for graphic design created from scratch is 2-3 business days depending on the design. Remember that our staff artists will also work with you to produce designs and formats that you can provide to other service providers: lithographic (paper) printing, web site developers, large format graphics, etc.
We normally charge a small fee for this service. Request for a quote beforehand, and you will be surprised how cost effective our services are compared to other companies.
