How we work

You send us an enquiry giving complete details of the garments that you wish to order. By detail we mean, specification of the fabric including colour, design of the garment, design for printing, quantities that you want to order split by size and colour. Use our software, use the online Web Form or simply send a mail.

  1. We give you a quotation, based on the information that we receive from you.  Sometimes, it can be an indicative price, if all the details are not clear to us.

  2. You accept the quotation.

  3. We send you an order confirmation requesting you to make a down payment. Normally we charge 75% in advance for new customers and 25% when shipping, for old customers its 50% in advance and 50% at the time of shipment. But for smaller orders 100% in advance. For bigger orders you get discount if you pay 100% in advance.

  4. You pay to us the amount.

  5. If agreed or if we so decides: We make samples and send them to you by courier.

  6. We produce your garments. Preparation of the fabric. Cutting. Stitching. Printing, embroidery, etc, if any. Finishing and quality control.

  7. Packing: We pack each garment in high quality polythene bag. The pieces are than packed in inner cartons. Normally 4 inner cartons are packed in each outer carton.

  8. The garments are completed and shipped to your location. Standard shipping method is Air Cargo. But we also offer courier (for very urgent delivery - costs more), Express Air Parcel (for smaller quantity) and Surface (truck, ship and train - for bigger quantities only).

  9. We guarantee the quality. You have 8 days after  receiving the shipments to revert to us if there is any manufacturing error. We replace the faulty pcs as per our decision.
