Embroidery
The garments can be decorated with embroidery. Just a small logo makes a big
difference. Some of the customers choose both
print
and embroidery on the same garment.
There are three different types of embroidery options available with us:
1. Direct Embroidery
2. Embroidery Patch
3. Hand Embroidery
Direct embroidery
Direct embroidery is done directly on the fabric with the help of machines. In order to do this, a design has to be in place. The design can be given to us in a digital file where we can clearly see all the details and colours etc. The design is than digitized to create a computer file that instructs the embroidery machine what to sew where. Once the sewing is ready the piece is taken off the machine and goes for cutting of loose threads etc.
Patch Embroidery
Patches can be designed in just about any shape and colour -- no need to
stay with a circle or rectangle! The patches have a 3D look which make them
eye catching. These are easy to apply and can be stocked for future use.
Also some people like to collect them.
Hand Embroidery
This is done completely by hand. Normally sequences
and beads are embroidered to create a design. This kind of embroidery looks
astonishingly nice and gives an expansive look to the garment. Different
designs like flowers, birds, fruits, lettering etc. can be created with this
method. Sometimes, first the embroidery is done on the machine and than only
few sequence or stones are added just to enhance the design. The workers who
do this kind of embroidery are very professional and produce high quality
work.
With embroidery you cannot use "one million colours". But is limited to
maximum 12 distinct colours. The price depends on the design and the size of
the embroidery.
